'Simple Media', is about keeping things simple (the more complex a thing is, the more there is to go wrong), but not at the expense of quality or subtlety.

We aim to provide a range of media content and products, the majority of which will be free, with the minimum of complexity and an emphasis on high production values. We also aim to provide a valuable and reliable service to customers (in the event of requests for any freelance production work or comissions).

Although we will be willing to provide services and have items for sale on the site, this is not a commercial site and simple media is not a registered company, but is a small (very small) collective of people who have skills in various areas of multi-media, graphic and audio-visual design.

We can currently offer the following services (subject to available time and existing arrangements):

• illustration
• web design
• multi-media design
• technical authoring/editing
• short run small document design/editing and publishing
• script writing/editing
• music composition and production.

All services to be arranged through negotiation with the appropriate team member. More information will be available later.

Products will include:

• textures for 2D and 3D design
• 3D objects
• editable flash files
• teaching and learning resources
• music in mp3 format
• sf2 (soundfont) files
• vst instrments and effects

Many of these items will be available free of charge and may be copyright cleared (please ask). There may also be collectable items for sale at a later date.

In addition to the services and products available, the site will include useful links and contacts together with information about software and hardware, reviews, news and maybe even some comment.
